All shipments are handled by trusted carriers like USPS, DHL or FedEx, and your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it can take 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and you still see no information on your tracking number, please reach out to us. WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve requested combined shipping. (Think of it as your order taking a little detour to ensure everything arrives safely!)
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from the U.S. are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes) at checkout. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend reaching out to your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) will remove the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption for low-value imported goods (i.e. all goods with a value of up to €22*). As a result, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration. Therefore, kindly be informed if your shipping address is located in the EU area:
